Approval First Home Loans Inc. is a Gold Star member of the Denver/ Boulder Better Business Bureau and a member of the Phoenix Better Business Bureau. The Company is also a member of the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Colorado Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association.

Joan Sullivan, using her advanced accounting degree, worked in various lending capacities for over 11 years in the banking industry. She left banking in 1996 to gain broad experience as a mortgage loan originator. She decided to form her own company in 1999.

Approval First Home Loans Inc. was incorporated in Colorado and offer Reverse Mortgages under the trade name Approval Reverse Mortgage. Joan made a decision early on to keep the company small so that clients would receive personal attention.

We offer, conventional mortgages as well as reverse mortgages. The Company operates in Colorado and Arizona. Despite the climate differences, Arizona and Colorado have a lot in common -- not the least of which are fine folks who have chosen to retire in the West.
