Ron Craft - Arvada - 303-403-4701
CO MB 100017049 NMLS 232944
Ron
Craft has over 30 years sales experience with mortgage lending,
retirement planning, and financial services. The last six years he
has specialized in reverse mortgages.
Unlike Ron’s prior job experiences
in which the product or service required his client’s to spend
money, Ron likes his position with Approval Reverse Mortgage Company
in which he “consults” with older adults that have a
financial need and structures a program that “pays them” to help
meet their needs.
Ron also volunteers his time as an AARP
Certified Driver Safety Class Instructor teaching classes for older
drivers at libraries and senior centers in the Denver metro area.
Ron and his wife
Judy celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary at the end
of 2004. They are the proud parents of two great kids and four even
more enjoyable grandkids.
Ron’s
hobbies include biking, fly fishing, skiing, camping, and of course
being the “best” grandpa.

I
have been in the Mortgage Industry since 1992 and began working with
the Reverse Mortgage program in 2002. I thoroughly enjoy working
with the senior population and get a great sense of joy in helping
my clients with the Reverse Mortgage program. I served as the chair
person for the South West Coalition on the Aging in 2004-2005. I
chaired Colorado’s Aging In Place Day in 2004 and co-chaired it in
2005. I am a Jersey Girl by birth and a mother of 2 adult
children. I have been a Big Sister and have worked on Habitat
Humanity builds. I currently volunteer through my church and with
Single Volunteers of Greater Denver.
The greatest joy I receive in
working with the Reverse Mortgage Program is hearing the stories of
my clients as they share how the Reverse Mortgage has changed their
lives. Seniors use this program for various reasons, ranging from
paying off a current mortgage or other bills, to buying medications
or helping with daily living expenses, to
buying
a car, traveling, helping children or grandchildren, or just having
a better lifestyle.
